- 2. At the login screen, click “New portal user? Register an account here!”
- 3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Look up Email Address”.
- 4. You will then receive a registration email; click on the link in this email and follow the instructions to set your username and password.

We offer several ways for you to pay your bill:
- Online Log into your customer portal account to view your bill and make a payment with a credit card or eCheck. You can also choose to enable auto pay.
- Phone Call our support center to make a payment over the phone with a credit card or eCheck.
- Mail Send a check or money order to the payment address shown on your bill.
