Since we bill in advance by calendar month, your Avative billing cycle begins on the first and ends on the last day of each month you’re using service. For example, your bill with a due date of July 1 will cover service for the entire month of July.

Let’s say that you signed up for Fiber Pro for $85.00/mo, and had it installed in May. Below is an example of what your subsequent July bill will look like after you’ve paid your first bill in June.

Billing statement #
As a reminder, we’ll email you a PDF version of your upcoming month’s bill as an attachment on the 16th of every month. You can also access your customer portal account to view your statements online. We don’t currently send paper bills by mail, but you can download and print each bill displayed separately as a PDF file within your account.
What’s included in your statement #
Your bill will contain the Internet service charge for the indicated billing cycle, as well as any add-on services, like Managed WiFi equipment or Static IPv4 Address leases, if requested during the previous month. Any prorated charges or credit caused by changing your service plan will appear on the following month’s bill.
